These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vqfeather.io and related VQ Feather web surfaces. Please read them carefully. By using the Site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of these terms.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and VQ Feather LLC, a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between LightFeather and VariQ Corporation, a Capgemini Government Solutions subsidiary (“VQ Feather,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using vqfeather.io and any web surface that links to these Terms (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Changes to the terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, as reflected in the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Use of the site.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the Site in violation of any applicable law; copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with their operation or security; use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our prior written consent; or introduce malware or otherwise disrupt or damage the Site.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and code) are owned by VQ Feather or its licensors and its joint-venture members, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Trademarks, certification marks, and no endorsement.

The Site may display third-party certification marks and the names or marks of Government procurement vehicles and agencies. We use such marks only where authorized and in accordance with their guidelines. Nothing on the Site constitutes or implies endorsement by any U.S. Government agency of VQ Feather, its members, its services, or this Site.

Your submissions and third-party links.

Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without restriction or obligation to you. The Site may contain links to third-party sites and resources provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or commitment.

Limitation of liability and indemnification.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VQ FEATHER AND ITS MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Governing law and general terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VQ Feather LLC without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights of, or remedies available to, the U.S. Government. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
